Cara brings a warm, experienced, and play-centered approach to early childhood care. Passionate about children and foundational learning, she builds programs that nurture curiosity, confidence, and joyful discovery.

Background and experience

• Extensive childcare background, including running an in-home child care center while raising her two children.

• Former elite-level gymnastics coach at Xcel Gymnastics in Cranberry, PA, where she developed strong skills in safety, positive coaching, motor development, and individualized instruction.

• Educated at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

• Lifelong learner who continually seeks new approaches and best practices in early childhood education and development.
